SHIPPING POLICY

At Newlix, we aim to deliver every order safely, efficiently, and within the estimated timeframe. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.

1. Delivery Timeline

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we typically require 1 to 2 business days to process and pack the products for dispatch. After processing, the shipment is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery. The estimated delivery time across India is generally between 3 to 7 business days. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, and external conditions beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before order confirmation. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value as part of promotional offers or standard business policies. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will be applied based on location and delivery requirements. All charges are transparently shown before payment is completed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send tracking details to your registered mobile number and/or email address. These tracking details will allow you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system. Customers are advised to keep their contact details updated to ensure they receive all shipping notifications without delay.

4. Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, certain delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. These may include adverse weather conditions, logistical disruptions, high shipment volumes during festivals or sales periods, and public holidays. In such situations, delivery timelines may extend beyond the estimated period, but we continuously work with our logistics partners to minimize delays as much as possible.

5. Failed Delivery

In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect shipping address, incomplete address details, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, the shipment may be returned to us or marked as failed delivery. In such cases, re-shipping of the order may be arranged; however, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete delivery information is provided at the time of placing the order.
